WHITETAIL HUNTS Those not familiar with the rolling bluff country in western Wisconsin are in for a treat. All hunting leases are located within the famous bluffs of the Mississippi river valley with crop lands at the top/bottom of the bluffs while hardwoods loaded with large buck sign cover the hillsides.

The great hunting has gotten even better...in an effort to continually improve the whole experience with Buffalo County Outfitters, we have just completed construction of a new lodge in Mondovi, Wisconsin.

Our new 3800 square foot lodge is located three miles south of Mondovi on Sand Road. It has 7 bedrooms with five full baths and can sleep twenty comfortably. We have a large dining room and a spacious living area that has a corner fireplace and a 50" plasma TV with DirectTV satellite.

We also have an archery shooting range with GlenDel bucks and Black Hole targets out back.

TURKEY HUNTING Our deer hunters have taken note of the great turkey hunting in the area and spotted some big gobblers! To meet demand, we are now booking hunts in the rolling hills of Buffalo County for these big beards.

When the sun hits the side of the rolling bluffs, the gobbles come rumbling down. Anyone who has hunted turkeys knows that the sound of gobblers sounding off and flying down gets the blood-a-boiling. Add the beautiful scenery of Buffalo County and you can enjoy one of the finest turkey hunts of all time.
