Our New Mexico Hunting Outfitter, Three Links Outfitters is owned and operated by Carl and Amanda Montoya. We are located in West Central New Mexico near the Cibola National Forest. We have been hunting this area for many years and know the area well. Both Outfitters and our guides have extensive hunting experience. We live in the area we hunt, so scouting is done throughout the year.

ELK HUNTS Our elk hunts take place in unit 17 of West Central New Mexico. Unit 17 is a great unit for elk hunting because it has never been open to rifle hunting. The only way to hunt elk in this unit is with a bow or muzzleloader. This gives the bulls a really good chance to live longer and grow larger than in the units that are hunted with a rifle. It is not unusual to see 350+ class bulls on this hunt.

The terrain of this area is mostly rugged and hard to hunt. It requires hard work, but we will give you all of our efforts so you can have a succesfull hunt.

Our main hunting methods are spot and stalk, calling, sitting on wallows, tree stands on water tanks and other methods. Three Links Outfitters provides guide services, lodging, meals, and trophy care. Our guide ratio is one on one. There are limited tags. First come, first serve, so don't wait!

MULE DEER HUNTS Our mule deer hunts take place on both public and private land in unit 17. These are designated quality hunts by the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish. Hunts with rifle, bow, and muzzleloader are available through the New Mexico draw.

Hunts are on private and public land.

ANTELOPE HUNTS Our Antelope hunts take place on Private Land. You may purchase Landowner Permits, or apply for and draw an Antelope tag. Hunts take place in Antelope Unit 20 in New Mexico.

Landowner Permits are available.

We accept public draw tags.

Hunt on Private Ranch.
